Stepping deeply into your calling can look so many different ways.

It even created an aspect of my current business I never could’ve imagine, despite it being right in front of me.

Expressively & Intuitively Painting took all that I've learned over the past 3 decades....and I don't mean painting classes! 

It also has taken a whole lot of unlearning in order to let go, be free in my movement, marks and life and become a Vivacious, Paint Throwin' Abstract Intuitive Paint Rebel!

It wasn't until I allowed myself to MAKE A MESS that I could truly feel my joy. The same skills I use to mentor successful CEO business women are the skills that have allowed me to create several different businesses, naturally, by honoring my innate gifts.As an artist, the path to expressing myself and connecting with others gives me the greatest joy!

My previous career as a clinical therapist (I still see clients part-time), along with 15 years of mindfulness-based training & yoga practice, has taught me not only about being with others, but about being with myself. 

It wasn't until almost 15 years after I started seeking a solution to my ongoing pain that my art was able to come through as my truest voice.

We absolutely never know what good is in store for us despite where we have been!

There is joy and healing here for all of us. All we need is a smidgen of willingness to go within ourselves and reconnect to the parts of ourselves that are in need of some good 'ol love and attention. 

Only then can we find what inspiration lies on the other side. 

This Creative Healing Online Home & Art Studio is a place to share many of the practices that I have taught to hundreds of clients and students over the years in sessions, workshops, trainings, schools and retreats.

In my heart of hearts, I am an expressive being, enjoying sharing myself through art, writing, speaking, teaching and most importantly from a place where there are no words but my being lived.

We all want to live more peacefully and freely. I offer these gifts to you so that you may find what your truest voice is as well.

Jen’s color palette very much appeals to me, as do the brushstrokes thereof! I feel calm and serene, when I look at the painting because what I see is an ocean and sunset in the abstract.

I especially like the light to dark/thick brushstrokes of color against the pale watercolors. Even in the darkest purple there’s a beauty and a richness that sits so well next to the mid-tones and the lightest of light. A splash of yellow among the teal and turquoise backdrop just brings it all home. Needless to say, I love my treasured piece and Jenn’s work overall.
