Virtual Experience:
Use whatever is at home and/or start to gather your own art supplies that interest you! It’s a therapeutic process in itself to listen to your intuition and how it’s guiding you to express. Different materials can allow for a different ranges or intensities of emotions to be expressed. It is helpful to experiment with a mental health professional when using art as a form of therapy.
