Group is starting and currently dates/days are being decided by consensus.

Your registration to the group will include:

  • New DBT Lessons for each week

  • Skills Training Handouts & Worksheets in PDF form

  • Mindfulness Practices

  • Q&A and Troubleshooting with Instructor

  • Opportunities to get skills coaching on your individual cases

  • $65 per group
    Due to this group being new, the frequency is being determined by consensus- weekly or biweekly
